providing and arranging for the provision of prescriptive medical authority and control in association with the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) for government offices, commercial enterprises, and individuals that purchase AEDs; providing real-time assistance in association with the use of AEDs to government offices, commercial enterprises and individuals that purchase AEDs
