computerized system including software and hardware for receiving, identifying, and prioritizing a restaurant's incoming customer orders for takeout and delivery, including managing billing for same, and further, promoting the services of restaurants through the distribution of material, both printed and electronically, and by rendering sales promotions, frequent customer discounts and other promotional advice
