This is a set of decision-making processes as defined by the Customer Integrated Decision Making (CIDM) methodology. CIDM Is comprised of but not limited to -- CIDM/IOPT, IOPT Surveys, CIDM/TLO, Taoka/Lanchester-Osipov Decision algorythms and processes, CIDM/Matrix Analyses, the use of matrixes for making team based and focused decisions, the methodology is utilized for any industry to make strategic and tactical and solution/product decisions within a unlimited teaming scope.
