Snack foods, namely, microwave corn seeds in the nature of microwave unpopped popcorn containing hulled hemp seed, hemp seed protein powder, or hemp seed oil; all of the foregoing goods containing ingredients solely derived from hemp with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis and none of the foregoing goods containing CBD
