Inventory monitoring system for measuring quantities of liquids and semi-liquids and for tracking use of liquids and other products comprising of a motion-sensitive device that is attached to bottles, taps, faucets, doors and lids and emits a wireless signal to a computer with information about the quantity of liquid or semi-liquid that has passed out of the bottle, tap, faucet, door or lid
