On both the left and right sides of the circle, connecting the words "Kapualani" "Hawaii", are Hawaiian heirloom scrolls containing leaves and flowers, and completing the circle to meet the edges of both words: "Kapualani" on top of the mark and "Hawaii" on the bottom. Inside the circle is an outline of a turtle body with wave motifs on the front fins and swirls on the back fins and face, where the eye of the turtle is meant to be. There is also an outline of a plumeria flower in the turtle's ear, above the outlined letters "KH" and to the left of the turtle's eye. Inside the turtle's body are the letters "KH", with a flower and flowing leaves to the right of the flower, both underneath the "KH". Within the turtle body, the "KH", solid flower, and solid outlined leaves. |
