| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a circle in which the top three-quarters of the circle is colored a light shade of blue whereas the bottom quarter of the circle is colored a dark shade of blue. A stylized letter "K" is superimposed on the circle obliterating the upper edge of the circle where the top portions of the vertical leg and upper rightward facing section of the letter "K" are situated.
