| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a stylized face of a parrot bird with two eyes, two eye brows, a beak and mouth forming the stylized letters "J" and "B" in the wording, "JUDY BOOKS", with no border and a white background. There is a red rectangle that appears three dimensional positioned horizontally across the top of the mark forming the top of the "J"; the bottom of the rectangle has a black border. The stem of the "J" is formed by a red oval with shading to appear three dimensional and forms the parrot's mouth. The descender in the letter "J" is formed by a yellow hook that has a thin black border, this is the parrot's beak. The letters "UDY" appear in a red, stylized font to the right of the yellow hook. The shaded red oval that forms the stem of the letter "J" also forms the stem of the letter "B" in "BOOKS". To the right of the red oval are two sets of four concentric ovals stacked vertically, which form the right side of the letter "B" as well as the parrot's eyes. The outer most oval is red, the next oval is white and forms the sclera of the parrot's eyes, the next oval is yellow and is shaded to appear three dimensionally and has a thin black border, and the inner most oval is black and form the parrot's retina. Together, these ovals form the eyes of the parrot. The letters "OOKS" appear in red, stylized font under and to the right of the lowest set of concentric ovals. To the right of each of set of concentric ovals is a yellow crescent, shaded with a thin black border so as to appear three dimensional. These crescents also form the right side of the letter "B" along with the eyebrows of the parrot. |
