Description of the Colors Claimed | The mark consists of a life saver in green and white on one dimension. In the center of this life saver, ??there is a stem of yellow jasmine. Two flowers and three green leaves are attached to the stem. The yellow flower to the ??left has three pedals and is 2.2 cm wide measured from side to side. The yellow flower to the right has five pedals and is ??2.6 cm measured from side to side. Each flower has a green base. The main green stem extends from the green base of the ??yellow jasmine flower on the right and it is 4.2 cm long and 0.1 cm wide. The jasmine flower on the left has a shorter green ??stem. It is 1.2 cm long and 0.08 cm wide. The shorter stem forms a 45 degree angle with the main stem. The main stem is ??parallel to the wall of the life saver to the right. The flower on the left is 1.3 cm from the inner wall of the life saver ??to the left and 1.5 cm to the top. The yellow flower on the right is 0.7 cm from the inner wall of the life saver to the top ??and 1.1 cm to the right. The two yellow flowers are 0.3 cm from each other. Two green leaves extend from the main stem to ??the right. They are perpendicular to each other. Both share the shape of a woman's lips in closed position. The top leaf ??is 0.9 cm wide in midsection and 2.4 cm long measured from side to side. The bottom leaf is 1.1 cm wide in midsection and ??3.1 cm long measured from side to side. The top leaf is 0.9 cm from the wall of the life saver to the right. The bottom ??leaf is 0.7 cm from the wall of the life saver to the right. The two leaves are 2.2 cm from each other on the main green ??stem. The bottom of the top leaf is 1.14 cm from the top of the bottom leaf in midsection. The outer tips of the two leaves ??are 2.1 cm from each other. The top leaf is 0.7 cm from the base of the yellow flower on the right on the main stem. The ??bottom leaf is 1.4 cm from the end of the main stem. A third leaf extends to the left of the main stem immediately below the ??shorter stem connecting to yellow flower on the left. It is 0.7 cm above the bottom leaf on the right and 2.1 cm to the end ??of the main stem. This third leaf is 1.0 cm wide in midsection and 2.6 cm long measured from side to side. It is similar to ??the other two in shape except its bottom left section is narrower in width than others. Its tip is 0.9 cm from the inner ??wall of the life saver to the left. The leaf is 1.8 cm from the yellow flower on the left and together they form a 45 degree ??angle. The life saver design is categorically made of two white spaces, two green ears and two groups of words. Each of the ??two main white areas is located at the top or bottom center of the design. The white area at the top is 6.5 cm long and 1.25 ??cm wide. The white area at the bottom is 6.5 cm long and 1.2 cm wide. Separating these two white spaces are two green ears, ??one on either side of the design. They are directly across from each other on the life saver design. The upper end of each ??ear is 1.1 cm wide. The lower end of each ear is 1.0 cm wide. Each ear is 5.6 cm long. A white strip of 0.2 cm in width ??and 5.3 cm in length is carved out from each green ear. The top of the strip is 0.4 cm from the top of its container ear. ??The bottom of the strip is 0.2 cm from the bottom of its container ear. Each strip is 0.25 cm from the inner lining of the ??container ear. The inner lining of each green ear is 0.15 cm from the inner rim. White space fills the area between the ear ??and the rim. The inner rim is green with a uniform thickness of 0.15 cm and a diameter of 7.8 cm. The diameter of the outer ??rim is 11.1 cm and its thickness varies. At the top center area where the white space is it has a thickness of 0.35 cm. On ??either side of the design where a green ear is housed, the outer rim merges with the corresponding ear. The outer rim on the ??bottom center white area has a thickness of 0.1 cm. Words appear in both white areas. At the top area, the word "jasmine" ??appears in upper case and written with green strokes. Its style resembles that of Andy. The height of each letter is 1.1 cm ??to 1.2 cm. The letter "J" is 1.0 cm from the left green ear and it is 0.6 cm wide. The letter "A" is 0.8 cm wide. The ??letter "S" is also 0.8 cm wide. The letter "M" is 0.95 cm wide. The letter "I" is 0.35 cm wide. The letter "N" is 0.8 cm ??wide. The letter "E" is 0.65 cm wide and is 0.5 cm from the right green ear. One letter is 0.3 to 0.4 cm from the next. ??White space fills the area around each letter. At the bottom area, the phrase "smoothie world & tea" appears in similar ??fond, case and color as the word "jasmine" above. The height of the phrase is 0.6 cm. Each word is 0.2 cm from the next. ??The first word in the phrase is 0.2 cm from the green ear to the left. The last word is also 0.2 cm from the green ear to ??the right. The entire phrase is 0.3 cm from either rim above or below it. Again, white space fills the area around each ??letter. In sum, the design is 5/8 white, 1/4 green and 1/8 yellow. The design's overall area is 96.72 cm square. |
