| Description of Mark | The mark consists of stylized letters, "Jaipur Avenue", with a horizontal bar on top of the word "Jaipur". Above the horizontal bar, and directly on top of the letter "J" and the letter "i" of the word "Jaipur", are two small circles. The word "Jaipur" is above the word "Avenue". The entire phrase "Jaipur Avenue" is within a horizontally-oriented art form having four sides with curvatures. The left and the right sides are generally straight with a slight incline inward. At about the center of the two sides is a curved pointed tip extending outward. All four corners of the art form are curved convex-shaped. The top side consists of two symmetrical crests adjacent to the curved corners, two symmetrical troughs adjacent to the two crests and one central tip extending upward and adjacent to the two troughs. The bottom side consists of two symmetrical crests adjacent to the curved corners, two symmetrical troughs, and a central tip adjacent to the two troughs. The bottom-side troughs are not as deep as the top-side troughs. The shade of the stylized letters, "Jaipur Avenue", exhibits a visual contrast to the shade of the art form. |
