There is a dark circular shape inside the partial oval shape. Each of the three subsections of the mark features a picture of a temple, and two of the three subsections also include portraits of the first two chiefs of the two dioceses of the Swaminarayan Sect, each partially enclosed within a circular shape. There is writing beneath each temple and below each of the portraits that identifies each of the chiefs by name, and each of the temples by name. The names of the chiefs are written in Gujarati as "Acharya Shri Raghuvirji Maharaj" and "Acharya Shri Ayodhyaprasadji Maharaj", respectively. The temples of the top two subsections represent the headquarters of the southern and northern dioceses in India, respectively.
