| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a configuration of an orange bingo card with an overall square shape having rounded corners with a particularly spaced five-by-five grid of bingo "spaces" that have an overall square shape with a half circle extension in the middle of the left side of each square and a half circle red-colored transparent slider in the middle of the right side of each square except for the center square in the top row which depicts the red-colored transparent slider in the middle of said square. Each bingo space has a stylized black-and-white vintage illustration of a highway scene against a white background and a red-colored sliding transparent screen to slide over the square. The top row when read from left to right contains the following highway scenes: a rectangular speed limit sign containing the wording "SPEED LIMIT" and the number "65;" an electrical power distribution system; a sports car (the transparent slider is drawn half way over revealing a portion of the sports car in black and white); a road turning into an overpass; and a tank truck. The second row when read from left to right contains the following highway scenes: an airport featuring an airport control tower, a runway and an airplane in flight; a highway road with signs shown above the road; a recreational vehicle in the nature of a motor home; a police car; and a horse. The third row when read from left to right contains the following highway scenes: a river flowing between two trees; a train; the word "FREE;" a stylized circular design encompassing the wording "DRINK COLA" with a curved line running through the center of the circle; and a double decker bus. The fourth row when read from left to right contains the following highway scenes: a moving truck; a barn with a road leading up to it; a service station featuring fuel pumps and a sign containing the word "GAS;" a motorcycle on the road; and half a barn with a silo to the right thereof. The bottom row when read from left to right contains the following highway scenes: a tow truck; a scenic lake and forest; a diamond design encompassing a person carrying a shovel; a picnic table and benches with a series of trees appearing in the background; and a van. At the top of the bingo card appears the stylized wording "INTERSTATE HIGHWAY BINGO" wherein "INTERSTATE HIGHWAY" is in blue, and "BINGO" is in white with blue outlines. Below the wording appears a blue and white design consisting of a suspension bridge and a highway going through a canyon, past Mount Rushmore, and ending at a blue, white, and orange design of a highway sign reading "INTERSTATE 80" in white. To the right of the highway sign is a blue and white design of the Statue of Liberty. The bottom of the bingo card contains a blue generally rectangular area with the stylized wording "REGAL GAMES LLC." in white at the lower center of the rectangular area and a blue and white design of a stylized human figure wearing a crown and having outstretched arms and bent knees holding a square-shaped bingo card in its left hand standing on an oval containing the white wording "REGAL FINGER-TIP GAMES." The matter depicted in dotted lines consisting of the outer perimeter of the bingo board, the perimeter of each of the twenty five squares comprising the five by five grid of game squares on the bingo board, including the half circle extension in the middle of the left side of each of said twenty five squares, the sliding transparency, and the half circle transparent slider in the middle of the right side of each square except for the center square in the top row which depicts the transparent slider in the middle of said square, are not claimed as features of the applied-for mark and are merely used to show placement thereof. |
