| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a character depicting an evil ice-cream man with the words "ICE SCREAM". In regard to the character, the body corresponds to that of a person, while the face is oval and white with black markings and shading on it, with a blue nose, red blushes for the cheeks, and with the top left part of the head appearing broken-in. The right part of the head depicts a bite mark. Also, a wide black smile is drawn on the face with a red tongue, and small oval, black eyes, and this gives the evil appearance. The character is wearing a white hat with navy blue stripes and a red stain. The body is represented with a white uniform with short sleeves and long trousers with a brown stain on the left knee of the trousers, navy blue buttons on the shirt of the uniform, beige forearms, with a navy blue apron over the uniform with, pink, red, and brown stains thereon, and a white identity badge attached to the top right of the apron. The white identity badge contains the red wording "ROD". The character is wearing a red bow tie, white gloves on his hands and black shoes. The words "ICE SCREAM" is light blue shaded to white, where the wording "SCREAM" appears to have dripping ice, with a light blue shaded to white line underneath the term "SCREAM", and with two white clouds coming out of either side of the term "ICE".
