The shield and the belt encircling it are supported to the left by a representation of unicorn, and to the right by a Pegasus representation. The tongue of the belt encircling the shield hangs below the shield connecting with a scroll bearing the motto "Semper Unum Et Inseparabilis" and the date, "1990". Above the scroll are roses, thorns and a smaller crown headdress. |
