Description of MarkThe mark consists of the current 50 star and 13 stripe flag of the United States of America. The flag is fully surrounded by a smooth bronze-colored border. The embossed bronze tactile figures on the upper left side are the stars, each of which represents one of the current 50 States, in a field of brown.
