| Description of Mark | The mark consists of The "iControl Health Plans" logo for Haynes Full Circle Benefits, LLC is set upon a white background. It contains an ellipse that has been rotated counterclockwise 20-degrees, and it is shaded in Pantone 295, CMYK: 100/91/34/27. A circular arc, shaded in Pantone 1385, CMYK: 4/57/100/0, begins at the top left-hand side of the Ellipse, and it runs tangentially and counterclockwise around the ellipse, fading as it passes around the underside of the ellipse, until it becomes so opaque that it can no longer be seen. On the top right-hand side of the ellipse, a star slices into the ellipse in the following manner: the bottom half of the star lays on top of the ellipse; the left arm of the star lays partially behind the ellipse, as the ellipse cuts over the star; and, the remaining top half of the star lies fully exposed outside of the ellipse. The star is shaded in Pantone 1385, CMYK: 4/57/100/0. Additionally, the star is skewed and adjusted, such that it appears to follow the natural curvature of the ellipse. In the center of the ellipse is a lower case "i" in Eurostile Bold Italic font. The font color is white, and the font size is 137 pt. Written to the left of the ellipse is the word "CONTROL." It is skewed and written in Eurostile Bold Italic font. The font color is Pantone 295, CMYK: 100/91/34/27, and the font size is 72 pt. In the word "CONTROL," only the letter "C" is capitalized; the rest are lowercase. In comparing the size and spatial orientation of the word "CONTROL" to the ellipse, from the outside of the capital letter "C" to the outside of the lowercase "l," the word "Control" has a length equivalent to the length of the major axis of the Ellipse. The capital letter "C" and the lowercase "l" are the two tallest letters in the word "CONTROL," and they are equal in height to each other. The capital letter "C" and the lowercase "l" are also equal to half the length of the Minor axis of the Ellipse.
