| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a large black rectangle with a sliver ovoid shape in the center outlined in white with an old-fashion microphone in the middle of the ovoid in silver with a blue stripe left to right across the center of the ovoid and behind the microphone. At the top of the ovoid shape appears the word "HEROES" in white. At the bottom of the ovoid appears the words "LIVE FOREVER" also in white. At the center of the microphone appears the image of a badge consisting of a gold six-pointed star with the center of the badge being a circle outlined in white and having a stylized American flag in red, white and blue as the interior of the circle. Beneath and to the right of t the design is a second design consisting of the outline of three busts of police officers wearing police hats that starts as blue at the top and fades to light blue at the bottom with the design of a faint stylized waving American flag across the chest areas of the officers. Each officer's hat has a white badge and stripe on the brim. The words "CITIZENS BEHIND" and "BADGE" appear in dark blue, and the word "THE" in red between the words "BEHIND" and "BADGE" in the lower left side of the mark. The term "CITIZENS" is on top and is underlined by a gold line that is broken in the middle with the design of a red star.
