Description of MarkThe mark consists of the Handy Store logo identified by the words 'Handy' and 'Store' stacked along the bottom of the logo and set in the font LHF Brewers Bold, which is created and distributed by Letterhead Fonts. The word 'Store' is unique in that it contains a descender in the letter 'R' that is present at the lowest point of the logo. The middle of the logo contains a two-part silhouette of a bird of prey, such as an eagle or osprey with its wings spread open as if in flight. It is used in conjunction with a semi-circle that is placed above its wings. The semi-circle is unique in that its baseline follows the curvature of the bird's wings below with a slight separation The bird and semi-circle are smaller in scale than the text below and form the middle part of the logo. Finally, the top of the logo contains horizontal bars that together span the same distance as the words 'Handy' and 'Store' below. These bars contain a slight separation between each other and are interrupted by an arch that cuts through them which acts as a canopy and allows for the concentric placement of the bird emblem below.
