| Description of Mark | The mark consists of the trade dress of the product packaging which forms into a bag consisting of a front side with an upper rectangle from side to side colored in light green with the design of clouds in different tones of green, green leaves, including a white oval outlined in dark brown and over a dark brown vertical ribbon-like with yellow at both sides. Inside the oval is the dark brown word "Grand" above the word "Pet" in stylized letters. The rest of the front is black with a design of two pieces of red and white meat over a white plate surrounded by green leaves, two red strawberries, four blue violet blueberries, one red raspberry and two purple blackberries. The back side of the bag has also an upper rectangle from side to side colored in light green with the design of clouds, in a different green tone, green leaves a design of a dog in shades of dark brown, black and white, above a piece of a light green banner. The rest of the back side of the bag is black with two vertical rows consisting of the depiction of two pieces of red and white piece of meat, a brown leg of a chicken, a brown cooked chicken and a gray fish in one row. The other row consists of a depiction of three eggs in beige, two red tomatoes and a green broccoli, a red strawberry, two purple blackberries, a red raspberry and a bunch of green leaves. A white rectangular box appears at the bottom left side. The sides are black, one side has a depiction of four blue violet blueberries, two purple blackberries and a red raspberry and the other side has a bunch of green leaves.
