| Description of Mark | The mark consists of The mark consists of the stylized text "GoggleBandZ", with the 'G' at the beginning of the word, the 'B' at the center of the word, and the 'Z' at the end of the word written in upper case format, while all of the other letters making up the stylized text 'GoggleBandZ', are written in lower case. Formed from the letter 'Z' is a depiction of an Alpine skier (figure) by placing a forward slanting triangle on top of and touching the letter 'Z'. The base of the triangle sits on top of the letter 'Z'. One half of the left side of the triangles base takes up the entire top line portion of the letter 'Z'. The bottom right, one half portion of the triangle's base extends beyond the letter 'Z' in a continuous straight line. At the triangles highest peak, touching and slanting slightly forward, is an oval shape representing the head of the figure. On the inside of the oval is a smaller oval shape. The smaller oval shape rests to the front inside of the larger oval representing the eye portion of the figure or more exactly, the goggles the figure is wearing. Attached to the back portion of the smaller, inside oval is a black, bold squiggly line that extends from the back outside surface of the smaller oval and continues slightly outside and beyond the backside surface of the larger oval used to represent the strap of the goggles. Attached to the back, outside surface of the larger oval are three squiggly, spiky lines jutting out in three separate directions, in three different lengths. The longest line juts out below the other two lines. Above the longest line, the shortest line juts out. Above the shortest line, the final line juts out and its length lies between the length of the longest line and the shortest line. The last stylized mark is a line that begins outside of and just beyond the front of the triangle. In a continuum, the line extends slightly upward, toward the back of, and outside of the triangle, and extends beyond the triangle to a distance half its full length (the line represents the figures ski pole). On the tip of the line outside the back of the triangle, is a tiny, filled in triangle and is pointing outward. The front portion of the line that extends beyond the front of the triangle has a tiny, filled in oval located through the line, slightly in from its tip, allowing the tip of the line to be exposed. |
