| Description of Mark | The mark consists of the literal elements of the words "GET BURLY" in all caps in black, with "www.getburly.com" displayed in black just beneath those words, on top of which is a tableau of jagged peaked mountains in black with the presence of what appears to be snow in gray shading various areas of the mountains, and a stream or river, blue in color, meandering through the approximate middle of the mountain scene.
