| Description of Mark | The mark consists of curved writing on the top portion of a circle in all capitals stating "GERMAN STYLE SPIRITS", with curved writing on the bottom portion of a circle stating "EDELBRANNTWEINE". At the top and bottom of the circle and at the left and right of the circle is a design of a line with two curved lines pointing in opposite directions. Beneath "GERMAN STYLE SPIRITS" also in curved writing around a circle is "DAMPFWERK DISTILLING" and above "EDELBRANNTWEINE" in a curved circle is "MINNESOTA". Before the "D" in "DAMPFWERK" is a bullet point and after the "G" in "DISTILLING" is another bullet point. "DAMPFWERK DISTILLING" and "MINNESOTA", along with the bullet points form a circle and beneath those words are two circles - the first circle is slightly thicker than the second. Within the thinner circle in curved writing on the top half of the circle are the words "TWIN CITY" (written upside down) curved to fit the circle, and on the bottom half of this circle are the words "TWIN CITY" curved to fit the circle. In the center of the circle is a smaller circle in the middle. There is a line going through the circle from top to bottom and towards the end of that line there is a thicker point on the line which leads to a portion of a swirl going to the left and right (both at the top and bottom). Additionally, there are two curved lines that point towards the partial swirl at the top of the line and two curved lines that point towards the partial swirl at the bottom of the line. On the left side of this smaller circle is a line coming off the edge of the circle with a thicker point at about the halfway point on the line, with two swirls coming off of it (one to the right and one to the left) and there are two curved lines pointing towards the spirals. On the right side of this smaller circle is a line coming off the edge of the circle with a thicker point at about the halfway point on the line, with two swirls coming off of it (one to the right and one to the left) and there are two curved lines pointing towards the spirals. |
