| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a bordered circular design wherein the wording "GATOR SPOT", in stylized, bordered letters, has been superimposed thereon and where the wording "BY GATORLAND", within a bordered elliptical design, is situated below the word "SPOT". On the lower right and left sides of the circle designs are designs of swamp reeds. On top of the circle design is a bordered design of an alligator, which incorporates a mouth, nostrils, eyes within pupils and a spine. The wording "GATOR SPOT", several of the reed designs and the design of the alligator are green. The wording "BY GATORLAND", the interior of the circle design, the interior of the letter "O" in both "GATOR" and "SPOT" and several of the reed designs are dark green. The border of the circle design, the background of the "BY GATORLAND" elliptical design, the spine of the alligator and one of the circular elements of each of the eyes of the alligator are yellow. The tip elements of three of the swamp reeds as found on each side of the circle design are gold. The large pupil elements and the dot within the eyes of the alligator and the teeth of the alligator are white. The exterior border elements of the wording "GATOR SPOT", the border elements of the interior circle designs of the letters "O" in both words, the elliptical design below said wording, three of the reed elements on each side of the circle design and the border element, nostrils, outlines of the mouth, teeth, eyes and two of the interior elements of the eyes of the alligator are black. |
