| Description of Mark | The mark consists of black background with "GAMERTECH" in white capitalized letters and ".shop" in lowercase letters underneath "CH" in "GAMERTECH". The black background forms the boundaries and is a rectangle (3-to-1 horizontal-to-vertical ratio). Sans serif font, with "G", "A", and "C" stylized. The "G" in "GAMERTECH" is larger than the other letters and stylized with a white outline and spectral rainbow interior covering most of the interior area, separated by a black outline. The spectral rainbow interior has an opaque black circle in the center and two black lines connecting the black interior outline of the "G" and the opaque black circle in the center. These two black lines are each at a 45 degree angle, one top-left and the other bottom-left. The spectral rainbow interior follows the shape of the "G", such that there is a black trapezoidal cutout at the top-right. The letter "A" in "GAMERTECH" overlaps with the right half of the "G", and the horizontal crossbar in the center of the "A" protrudes on the left side beyond the confines of a standard representation of the letter "A," integrating of the letter "A" with the "G" to serve as the horizontal crossbar found in a standard representation of the letter "G". There is a black outline around the letter "A". The left and right lines on the outside-left and outside-right of the letter "M" are vertical. The middle horizontal bar in the center of both letters "E" is slightly shorter than the top and bottom horizontal bars. The letter "C" has two black bars at a 45 degree angle on the top-left and bottom-right, similar to the black bars in the letter "G". The border of foreground comprises two white pentagonal shapes with rounded corners, one surrounding the letters "AME", the other surrounding "TEC". The left-most side of the "AME" pentagon is vertical and integrates left-of center into the white outline of the "G". The top and bottom of the "AME" pentagon are horizontal until they align with the letter "E", at which point the top line angles downward at 45 degrees, and the bottom line angles upward at 45 degrees. Each of these angled lines continue until they each the letter "R". The letter "R" is surrounded by an opaque black outline, which sits in front of the right-most point of the "AME" pentagon, such that the point of the pentagon is not visible. The "TEC" pentagon is mirrored with the "AME" pentagon with the vertical center of the letter "R" as the reference point. The vertical line on the right side of the "TEC" pentagon runs into the right vertical bar of the letter "H". The letter "H" is surrounded by a black outline, blocking the middle portion of the right-most vertical line of the "TEC" pentagon. On the bottom-right of the "TEC" pentagon is the word ".shop". There are angular fins that cover the space above and below the letter "R". The 9 bottom-center fins are symmetrically spaced and each one protrudes from the right-bottom angular line of the "AME" pentagon and continues at a 45 degree angle down and to the right until they align with the bottom horizontal lines of each pentagon. As a result, the left-most fin in the bottom-center is the shortest, and right-most fin is the longest. The 3 right-most fins in the bottom-center run into the black outline of the letter "R" and, therefore, do not visibly connect back in with the "AME" pentagon, unlike the other 6 fins in the bottom-center. The 9 top-center fins are also symmetrically spaced, however, these protrude from the left-top angular line of the "TEC" pentagon and continue at a 45 degree angle up and to the left until they align with the top horizontal lines of each pentagon. As a result, the right-most fin in the top-center is the shortest, and left-most fin is the longest. The 3 left-most fins in the top-center run into the black outline of the letter "R" and, therefore, do not visibly connect back in with the "TEC" pentagon, unlike the other 6 fins in the top-center. |
