| Description of Mark | The mark consists of the words, "Fabrique DELICES", in white block lettering against a green, horizontally oriented ellipse that encircles the two words, with "Fabrique" in the top third of the ellipse, and "DELICES" appearing immediately below "Fabrique" in all caps, dominating the lower two-thirds of the ellipse, with a white acute accent over the first "E". Four additional elements surround the edges of the green ellipse. In the top half, a blue swoosh begins at the right vertex, and follows the curve of the ellipse up and to the left, expanding in width, and ending just to the left of the ellipse's top co-vertex. A second blue swoosh, which essentially flips the first, continues to the left, starting with the narrow point inside the ellipse, just below the end of the first blue swoosh, above and between the "b" and "r" of "Fabrique". It rises and widens from there as it curves up and to the left at an angle of approximately 45°, with the wide end terminating just above the tip of the first swoosh. Two identical, but mirror-image swooshes, in red, adorn the lower half of the ellipse, with the narrow point of the first beginning at the ellipse's left vertex. From there, it follows the curve of the ellipse down and to the right, expanding in width, with the wider end terminating just to the right of the bottom co-vertex of the ellipse. The point of the second red swoosh starts inside the ellipse, just above where the first red swoosh ends, below and between the "L" and "I" of "DELICES", and curves down and to the right as it widens, ending just below the edge of the first swoosh. |
