The outer and thicker ring is a royal blue like color with the word: FUTSOUL in the upper ring and the tag line: Connect Inspire Transform in the lower ring. All letters are in white note to the PTO examiner: This request to register the FUTSOUL round logo was in black and white and although we added color to brand our shirts and coaching shirts with our original wordmark protection, we also registered that wordmark in 2018 with USPTO: registration number: 5487981. Futsoul delivers soccer instruction directly to schools and we are growing this to help schools generate income through a revenue share and prefer, at your discretion, to gain more robust protections with the black and white registration. It was not required of us during our 7 year renewal or initial petition to provide any use cases for Futsoul's wordmark in black and white. We appreciate your serious consideration of our request. |
