| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a vertical rectangle design with curved rectangle design, inside of which is a border of two lines with an ornamental leaves and curves design at each corner of the rectangle. At the top center of the rectangle are the stylized words "EVANS & TATE". Beneath the words "EVANS & TATE" are the stylized larger words "STRAWBERRY FIELDS" that are bolded, outlined, and highlighted on the left edge of each letter. The word "FIELDS" appears below the word "STRAWBERRY" with both words arching in the center. Beneath "FIELDS" is the smaller stylized term "AUSTRALIA" also appearing in an arch. Small daisies appear to the left and right of the words "EVANS & TATE" and beneath the "RY" in "STRAWBERRY".
