| Description of Mark | The mark consists of the following features applied to a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle. The front of the bottle has a rectangular gold label outlined in black and gold with a curved top, with the words "ROSSVILLE UNION MASTER CRAFTED RYE WHISKEY" in black, with "ROSSVILLE" appearing in larger shadowed letters arched over "UNION", and a black swirl design appearing to the left and right of "UNION". Beneath the word "UNION" is the wording "MASTER CRAFTED RYE WHISKEY" in black. Beneath this wording is the wording "BARREL PROOF" in gold inside a rectangle shaded in black. A smaller rectangular gold label with black outlines at the top and bottom appears on the front of the bottle near the bottom. Between the two labels is a blow-molded design of the letter "R" within a notched circular gear design, and near the top of the bottle is a blow-molded design of the words "EST 1847". The back of the bottle has a rectangular gold label outlined in black with a curved top, having the word "ROSSVILLE" in black in the middle just below the top of the curve in the rectangle. Just below and in the center is the word "UNION" in black, and to each side of the word "UNION" is a black swirl design. The right side of the bottle has a vertical blow-molded design of the word "ROSSVILLE". The mark also includes the vertical wording "ROSSVILLE UNION" appearing on the front and back portions of a strip in gold on a black background outlined in black and gold, and a ribbon in gold and outlined in black with the words "BARREL PROOF" in black at the bottom of each side of the vertical strip. The top of the bottle closure shows the letter "R" in black within a notched circle design in black on a gold background outlined in black. The strip applied across the top and down the front and back of the bottle closure has broken lines on the outside and is not a part of the mark; only the wording and design on the strip and at the end of the strip are parts of the mark. The broken lines depicting the exterior of the bottle and the top and bottom of the cap serve to indicate placement of the mark only; the bottle and cap themselves are not part of the mark. The part of the label on the top of the cap is in broken lines and, except for the design, is not a part of the mark. White space appears as background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark. |
