| Description of Mark | The mark consists of The Letters "EP" which the letters themselves are inlaid with different shaped designs, triangles, rectangles and polygons each varying in shades and colors. The letter "E" is rounded at top left and the top right is sliced off by swoosh described later. The center of the "E" is bisected in middle by swoosh and the bottom part of "E" is square on right end and also bisected by swoosh in an angular manner. The letter "P" top left is sliced off in an angular manner, the upper "P" is rounded with an open back so that the vertical part of the letter "P" only goes up halfway and does not complete the closure of the letter. The very bottom of the letter "P" is rounded on the right and square on the left. Across the center of the letters going from below letter "E" bottom left to top right above letter "P" is a type of swoosh, rounded at bottom to a point at the top. The swoosh has the appearance of the cross section of an aircraft wing. At the end of the top right pointed swoosh is an 8-pointed star with (4) main star points, north, east, south and west directions (2) vertical and (2) horizontal and (4) lesser-shorter points running north-east, south-east, south-west and north-west, each positioned in between the larger star points. The star sits just above but not touching the top right of the letter "P". Beneath all of this are the word "EXCEPTIONAL PRODUCTS". The word "EXCEPTIONAL" is located above the word "PRODUCTS". The word "EXCEPTIONAL" extends beyond the logo above to the left approximately 1/4 of total length of word and approximately 1/4 to the right of above logo. The word "EXCEPTIONAL" is centered equally below the top logo and approximately the same width as letters logo. The letter are solid with no patterns. The letters to words are all capitalized. |
