| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a design of a distorted face with two socks, each with a safety pin piercing them, which are attached to the top of the face like rabbit ears. Each sock is polka dotted with two patches and loose threads hanging off the socks. The toe boxes of the socks are striped. The left eye on the face is comprised of a button with four black holes and thread through the holes. Above the left eye is an eyebrow comprised of a bandage. Above the left eye and the left eyebrow is the stylized wording "ELFICI". The right eye on the face is comprised of a novelty button with a question mark symbol in the middle of the button. Above the right eye is an eyebrow comprised of a bandage. A large bar piercing jewelry pierces the face horizontally and protrudes through the temples on each side of the face. There is a small cloud design above the left temple. There is a partially unzipped zipper down the middle of the face with a zipper slider appearing between the eyes like a nose and the zipper is open above the zipper slider. Above the zipper slider is a horizontal stitch of thread. There are six eyelets on each side of the open zipper with thread lacing the opening together. Under the zipper slider is a large open mouth with lips, four teeth, and a tongue hanging out of the mouth. There is piercing jewelry on the upper lip comprised of two balls. There is piercing jewelry on the tongue comprised of a bar, a small bottom ball and a large top ball that has a smiley face design on it. On the left side and right side of the mouth is a leather mouth strap, each with a button and a ring at each end of the strap. Protruding through the bottom of the lower lip is a ball piercing jewelry. |
