Description of MarkThe mark consists of a red banner outlined in yellow, then white, then blue, then white upon which appears the wording "EL GALLO" in yellow with blue outlining to the right and bottom of each letter. The aforesaid banner overlaps the bottom of a circular design composed of concentric egg-shaped circles. The inner circle is yellow and is surrounded by a blue outline and a white outline, which appears within a larger red egg-shaped circle surrounded by a blue outline, then a white outline, and then another blue outline followed by a white outline and yellow outline. Centered in the middle yellow circle appears the profile of a yellow rooster's head outlined in blue with a red comb, wattle, and eye ring.
