| Description of Mark | The mark consists of The EL DESAHOGO stylized mark features a large agave plant outlined in black and shaded in different colors with 5 leaves, 2 on the left side, the leaf closest to the top leaf curving approximately 270 degrees to the left, the leaf below the top left leaf curving approximately 150 degrees, one center leaf pointing straight up 180 degrees, and 2 leaves on the right side, the top right leaf closest to the center leaf curving approximately 45 degrees to the right , and the bottom right leaf curving approximately 90 degrees to the right. The logo features 8 small black shaded in circles dotting the outside of the bottom left leaf, and 8 small black shaded in circles dotting the outside of the bottom right leaf. The bottom right leaf also features a cricket which is shaded in black and outlined in black with no distinct features besides the outline of its shape perched on the top near the point of the bottom right leaf. The bottom left leaf is shades of blue with a u shape facing rightward with three ovals inside of each U shape and there are 7 on the leaf. The first shape toward the tip of the leaf features only a slight line shape as visible and the second shape is a small semicircle facing the right side of the leaf, the next shape has one oval inside the semicircle partially visible and one one-line shape as slightly visible, the next three semicircle shapes down the leaf are fully visible with all three ovals visible and the semicircle below that features only two ovals that are visible. There is then a divider on the leaf, a thick navy-blue line featuring seven turquoise circles inside, the circles are largest towards the bottom of the image and are four large circles and then three smaller circles towards the top of the image. On the bottom of the leaf there are 13 blue alternating dark and light blue stripes with skinny black lines in between to separate the sections. The last seven lines are hidden by the top left leaf so they are only partially, about a quarter of a length of a line, visible. On the inner upper line of the bottom left leaf there are 6 black spiked triangles, the points of which curve towards the left. The top left leaf is mustard yellow featuring a zig-zag pattern. The main zig zag, which features 7 points on the top and 7 points on the bottom, is red and thinnest towards the top of the leaf and increases in size and thickness moving down the leaf. There is a yellow zig zag which also features 7 points on the top and 7 points on the bottom and falls in between the red zig zags. The yellow and red lines form a diamond shape, and the inside of the diamond shape is a light pink diamond. The zig zags are also bordered by small black circles which are clustered in groups of three towards the tip of the leaf and border the zig zag in a straight line down towards the base of the leaf. The center leaf is green featuring a pattern. The tip of the leaf is a solid green triangle and below that is a diagonal line pattern slanting downwards to the left with a darker green to contrast the lighter green. Then there is a thick green line bordered by two skinny black lines as a border and below that three black circle dots in a line and below that four visible small green circles in a line. Below that there is a hot pink thick line and below that there is a darker green section of the leaf featuring one green semi circle facing up on the bottom of the hot pink line, another green semi circle to the right of that also facing up on the bottom of the hot pink line, and a dark purple zig zag followed by a bright green zig zag directly underneath and two light greenish yellow semi circles within the bottom zig zag situated on the light purple line below the zig zag and facing downward, separated by a purple zig zag. Below that there is a diagonal line pattern slanting downwards to the left with a darker green to contrast the lighter green. Then there is a thick green line bordered by two skinny black lines as a border and below that nine black circle dots in a line and below that ten visible small green circles in a line. Below that there is a hot pink thick line and below that there is a darker green section of the leaf featuring one green semi circle facing up on the bottom of the hot pink line, another green semi circle to the right of that also facing up on the bottom of the hot pink line, and a dark purple zig zag followed by a bright green zig zag directly underneath and two light yellow semi circles within the bottom zig zag situated on the light purple line below the zig zag and facing downward, separated by the purple zig zag. Below that there is a diagonal line pattern slanting downwards to the left with a darker green to contrast the lighter green. Then there is a thick green line bordered by two skinny black lines as a border and below that fourteen black circle dots in a line and below that fifteen visible small green circles in a line. Below that there is a neon green thick line and below that there is a darker green section of the leaf featuring four green semi circles facing up on the bottom of the neon line, and a dark purple zig zag followed by a bright green zig zag directly underneath filling in triangles. Below that there is a diagonal line pattern slanting downwards to the left with a darker green to contrast the lighter green. Then there is a thick green line bordered by two skinny black lines as a border and below that sixteen black circle dots in a line and below that eleven visible small green circles in a line. Below that there is a hot pink thick line and below that there is a darker green section of the leaf featuring two green semi circle facing up on the bottom of the hot pink line and a dark purple zig zag followed by a bright green zig zag directly underneath and one visible light yellowish green semi circle within the bottom zig zag situated on the light purple line below the zig zag and facing downward, and the rest of the leaf is blocked by the other leaves. The upper left leaf is red and features twenty-three circular shapes, not all of which are completely visible. The shape closest towards the tip of the leaf only the middle of the circle is visible and below that there are two shapes only the sides of which are visible, one on the left and one on the right, the image below that is totally visible and then there are two shapes, one to the left and one to the right, which are half visible, and below that there are 12 shapes that are totally visible, about halfway down the leaf there is another shape to the left side of the leaf which is half visible and on the right side slightly further down only a quarter of the shape is visible to the right of the leaf, and at the very bottom of the image one half of the shape is visible on the right and three-quarters of the shape is visible on the left. Inside each semi-circle shape there is a red thick line with small white vertical lines lining it, then a thin black line, then one big red circle in a peach colored circle with tiny red circles surrounding it. The bottom right leaf is shaded in purple and has a shaded outline of a black cricket with one raised left leg facing towards the right on the tip of the leaf, featuring four visible black triangle spikes, the tips of which are slated to the right. Inside the leaf there are three sections, a purple left side with four visible donut shapes and three semi circle shapes that are a dark purple with black centers, a thin pink middle section of the leaf with alternating light pink and hot pink chevron with a light pink section at the tip, and another purple section to the right with six visible donut shapes that are dark purple with a black circular center with some only visible as semi-circles on the right side of the leaf.
