Description of Mark | The mark consists of the word mark "DROP" which is prominently displayed within the center of the drawing mark in an all-caps very thick block lettering. Each lettering's leftward stem side is shown being composed of an upward-flowing very thick stem which then connects to its topmost rightward-flowing crossbar, and next descends downward with a right-side stemming to then connect with its bottom leftward-flowing crossbar which then connects to its thick left stem. This relinking to their leftmost stems shows the "D" and "O" reconnecting at the very bottom of their stems, but with the "R" and "P" reconnecting at the junction of their mid-way crossbars. The letter "R" has a leg that extends rightward and downward as a thick diagonal leg. The next feature is that each singular letter has a vibrant central area interior consisting of open whitespace which conforms to the shaping of its outside lettering. The highlight of the mark is the drawing of a large waterdrop placed over the P's whitespace area and framed by the letter "P" and which waterdrop then becomes the focal point of the drawing. The waterdrop is shown as being created from the flowing downward from its two above stacked water sources located at the upper right corners of the two separately stacked blocks and which create the shape of two fixed stacked water troughs with each having water-drip flow-ways and which are depicted by a smaller contrasting top-most background against the bottom-most larger contrasting background, and with each dripping as downward from the top border of each of its own rectangularly-shaped background layers drawn representing rectangular water reservoirs and water vessels. |
