Description of MarkThe mark consists of a black oval design having a thin, inner, dotted line border that is colored white. Near the top of the oval is a red horizontal strip with a triangular protrusion in the middle of its upper edge, which contains a white, rounded corner diamond having a thin, blue, border and two, red, stylized and crossed anchors in the diamond's center. Also within the red strip and underneath the anchors-in-diamond design is the white, stylized wording "DOS ANCLAS". Below the right side of the red strip is the smaller, white, stylized wording "SAUCE", and beneath this is the larger, white, stylized wording "CHIMICHURRI".
