Near the top of the oval is a red horizontal strip with a triangular protrusion in the middle of its upper edge, which contains a white, rounded corner diamond having a thin, blue, border and two, red, stylized and crossed anchors in the diamond's center. Also within the red strip and underneath the anchors-in-diamond design is the white, stylized wording "DOS ANCLAS". Beneath this, extending to the bottom edge of the oval design, is a tilted, incomplete rectangle with a thin, white border on its top three sides, which resembles a partial photograph containing two brown, black, tan, and white boned pieces of cooked meat dribbled with a green, orange, brown, red and yellow sauce. The sauced meat is on a tan and brown table that also has, to the right of and also behind the meat, green lettuce, orange carrots, and potatoes that are yellow, white, and brown.
