| Goods and Services | DonkeyCrunch(TM) is a dessert addition used as a topping, inclusion, coating or mix. It may be mixed according to the recipe ratios and either packaged independently or applied to or incorporated into frozen desserts, baked goods, dairy and nondairy products, fresh fruits, snack bars, and other edible preparations, whether placed on top, layered within or blended throughout. The DonkeyCrunch(TM) recipe may contain the following ingredients: corn or white flour tortillas or tortilla chips; crackers made with white, rice, oat, potato flours, multigrains or combinations thereof; processed potato snacks, chips, crisps or crackers including potato derivatives of same; grain snacks and crisps containing rice, barley and wheat; processed pretzels and affiliate pretzel products; other corn snacks, including but not limited to puffed and extruded product; granolas; RTE breakfast cereals including granola clusters, puffed cereals, flaked cereals; granola. DonkeyCrunch(TM) may use dried fruits including raisins, prunes, cranberries, cherries, blueberries, strawberries, bananas, plantains, coconut, apples, peaches, apricots; nuts including but not limited to peanuts, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pecans, cashews, macadamias, pine nuts. Snacks using legumes and including but not limited to chickpeas, soy nuts, lentils. Sweeteners including brown sugar and derivatives, turbinado sugars, granulated white sugar and derivatives, honey, honey powder, maple syrups or maple sugars and derivatives; agave powder, date sugar, coconut sugar, molasses powders; stevia. Flavorings may include vanilla, hazelnut, coconut and derivatives; cinnamon, nutmeg, cocoa powder, chocolate, chili powder, cayenne; salt; cheese powder, nutritional yeast, vegetable or tomato powders. All ingredients may be used individually or in combination with DonkeyCrunch(TM), in varied ratios, to create the final product. |
