| Description of Mark | The mark consists of the word "Dadelift" with the letter "D" as an upper-case design element and the remainder "adelift" in block text. The letter "D" design element consisting of two nearly horizontal lines laterally offset and parallel one another, one on top of the other. On the right end of the two nearly horizontal lines, each respective line takes a continuous, sharp upward turn to form two vertical lines parallel one another and side by side. The lateral offset between the two nearly horizontal lines is maintained as between the two vertical lines. Together, the two nearly horizontal lines and the two vertical lines form a backwards "L" shape resembling a forklift mast with attached forks.
