| Description of Mark | The mark consists of what is to be interpreted as headphones and eyes, forming a primitive conception of a man's face. The headphones are the uppermost object, formed by a black line that forms the outline of a half circle. Each end point of the line begins another half circle; forming a new line that begins at such end point and curves 180 degrees, to form its second point by adjoining to a point on the original black line. These two half circles are filled in black . This forms a basic image representative of headphones. Between what would be the ear pads on such headphones (the two black-filled half circles formed at the endpoints of the first) are two teal circles, which, because of their placement within the headphones, are perceived as eyes. The primitive images of the black headphones and two teal eyes form a minimalistic image of a man. Only this part of the man's face is included - what would be anything that could be seen from the bottom of the ears to the top of the head on a literal human. The figure should be identified as a man wearing headphones. Where the lower half of a literal man's face would be there is stylized text. The first line of text is black, and says the word "CRUST". The word "CRUST" begins and ends at the furthest point on the headphones' x-axis. That is, the middle-point of such figurative ear pads. The word "CRUST" is the largest of the text and comparable in height to that of such headphones. The second line of text, written underneath the first, is written in teal and spells the word "NATION". "NATION" is written in a smaller, less-bold text than that of the word "CRUST". The individual letters in "NATION" are more spread out than those in the word "CRUST", allowing such smaller, less-bold word to cover nearly the same amount of space in width across the background as the word "CRUST". |
