| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a stand which comprises three rectangular elements comprising a stand that rests on a table or flat surface, a middle rectangular segment and an upper segment which includes a V indentation that includes border design elements. The mark further comprises the rectangular element with rounded edges located within the center of the middle segment, which includes the acronym "CRB" in stylized lettering above the wording "CUSTOM ROD BUILDER" as depicted in smaller stylized lettering and a silhouette of a stylized figure of a man holding a fishing rod incorporated within a rectangular element to the right of the acronym "CRB". The top rectangular element includes two holes on each side of the V indentation.
