| Description of Mark | The mark consists of four playful children standing face forward under a colorful umbrella with the words "Children's Health Initiative spanned across the top arch of the umbrella and the words "Santa Clara County" spread at the bottom of the mark underneath the four standing children. The first child is a boy standing on a skateboard who has tan skin and blue and green clothing. The second child is a girl with dark skin and magenta and yellow clothes who (i) has one foot on a green ball and (ii) is holding the hand of a baby on a skateboard with her left hand. The third child is a baby with white skin and purple clothes who is (i) on a skateboard and (ii) holding on to the dark skinned girl's hand with its right hand and holding on to a yellow skinned girl's hand with its left hand. The fourth child is girl with yellow skin and blue and red clothes who is holding on to the left hand of the white skinned baby with her right hand. The umbrella is spanned over the standing children so as to provide coverage over the children. The umbrella does not have a handle and has five segments to it, each with a different color. The colors appear in the following order from left to right: magenta, blue, red, green and purple. |
