Description of Mark | The mark consists of a large solid black circle with white Korean characters, outlined in black along the left edges, appearing in the center. The Korean character appearing on the bottom right has a red rectangular-shaped graphic element running through the center of the character on the right side. There are two thin yellow arcs appearing above the Korean characters and the wording "CHIC URBAN SNACK" appears in uppercase yellow lettering above the two yellow arcs, following the curve of the two yellow arcs. The word "MAXBON" appears below the two yellow arcs in uppercase yellow lettering that is stylized to follow the curve of the two yellow arcs appearing above it. There is a solid yellow circle appearing on both the left and right side of the Korean characters at the center of the large black circle. A thick yellow rectangular-shaped graphic element appears underneath the Korean characters and extends on the right-hand side over to the bottom right Korean character. The left side of the yellow rectangular shape extends downward in a thin line to form an inverted arc that extends over to the bottom left of the Korean character appearing on the bottom right of the mark.
