| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a three-dimensional red, white, and blue gasoline service station canopy. Two of the four rectangular sides of the canopy appear primarily in blue with the word "CHEVRON" in white and placed on top of the blue portion, while the other two sides of the canopy and the top of the canopy create the appearance of an upside down U-shaped structure that forms the top of the canopy and overlaps the blue sides. The entirety of the U-shaped structure is white, with a blue stripe on only the bottom portion of the two sides that are perpendicular to the primarily blue sides. The Chevron logo in blue and red appears on the white background of the two primarily white sides of the canopy. The canopy appears above gasoline pumps that are available for use at applicant's service stations.
