| Description of Mark | The mark consists of transparent cellophane packaging trade dress in the form of a cone-shaped bag. In the center on the top of the bag are the blue words "MAUD BORUP ESTABLISHED 1907" with "MAUD BORUP" being in a stylized cursive font with a bar on top and below the words "MAUD" and "BORUP" running along the length of both words. Resting on top of the "B" in the word "BORUP" is a blue crown with five points in the crown. Immediately above that crown is the word "ESTABLISHED" in capital letters in a curved font, and directly below the "B" in the word "BORUP" is the number "1907" in a cursive stylized font. Approximately half way down the bag is a face design, containing blue eyebrows, eyes, a nose, and mouth, two dark pink cheeks with white specks, and blue whiskers, in a stylized design of a rabbit face.
