Description of Mark | The mark consists of the wording "CHEF'S CHOICE" in stylized, bordered lettering within a bordered curved banner design, which has two double-pointed elements on each side. Below the banner design is the wording "PURE GRANULATED CANE SUGAR" in smaller stylized lettering, with the words "PURE GRANULATED" set forth above the words "PURE SUGAR". Above the wording "CHEF'S CHOICE" is a stylized design of a chef's hat set against a background design which incorporates a semicircular bordered design wherein a series of linear elements extend outward from the hat design to the border of the design. The top section of the hat design includes a series of vertical lines intended to make the hat seemed puffed out, while the bottom segment of the hat design forms an oval within the top of the banner design. The interior of the banner design itself, the interior of the pointed design elements, the interior of the oval formed by the bottom of the hat design, the top segment of the hat design and the vertical lines in the design segment are white.
