| Description of Mark | The mark consists of the stylized word "CERVEZA" in white color curved at the top. Beneath is the stylized word "MODELO" in blue color outlined in yellow and white. Beneath "MODELO" is a design consisting of two concentric circles. In the center of the circles is a lion in red and gray color on a red inverted triangle and superimposed in front of the triangle is a brown, blue and gray barrel, all on a blue background. Within the space created by the concentric circles is the wording "CERVECERIA MODELO" in the top half and the term "MEXICO" appears at the base. The wording "CERVECERIA MODELO" and "MEXICO" are in blue color, the circle is white. A stylized depiction of two brown lions, each standing on their hind legs appears on both sides of the concentric circle design, each leaning against the design. The lions are shown standing on a brown ribbon that stretches across the mark. There is a line of white dots above and below the center of the ribbon. At the center of the ribbon is the stylized blue number "1925" with a stalk of brown wheat on either side. Behind the wording "CERVEZA" and "MODELO" is the image of a light red wreath made of two stalks of wheat. Within the wreath, partially obscured, is a light red image of a building with a flag at the top.
