The artistic design consists of a central rectangular octagon surrounded by a stylistic frame of four interlinked appendages, each appendage comprising an L-shaped portion having a leg portion and an arm portion, the entire outer edge of each arm portion abutting the base of an isosceles triangle portion. The stem portion of each appendage is obscured by the isosceles triangle comprising the adjacent appendage, the isosceles triangle being presented in a darker contrasting shade from the L-shaped portion. The four appendages are oriented around the central octagon such that the inner edge of each appendage's stem abuts one of the rectangular octagon's non-angled sides. This arrangement results in the stylistic frame wherein the isosceles triangle of its corresponding L-shaped appendage projects either horizontally or vertically away from the central regular octagon to provide the mark's symmetrical design.
