Description of Mark | The mark consists of three green marquise shapes, each of equal size to one another, the bottom tips of each merging, the three of which forming an image suggestive of green leaves on a fruit, which three green marquise shapes are above a circular shape, the edges of which are also formed by four marquise shapes, each of equal size of one another, and each forming one of the four quadrants of the circle's perimeter, the tips of each of the four marquise shapes touching, one of which is red in color and forming the upper right quadrant of the perimeter of the circle, a lavender in color marquise shape forming the lower right quadrant of the perimeter of the circle, the portion in the middle of the circle resembling a four pointed star, the leaves and circle together being an abstract, stylized representation of a spherical fruit with leaves on the top, which is above the term "Casher" written in a large, sans-serif font, which is above the word "FRUITS" which is in a smaller font size than "Casher", positioned directly below "Casher" and also in a sans-serif font, using all capital letters. |
