| Description of Mark | The mark consists of the a circular design featuring the wording "CANDY CO." and "THE SWEETEST FOLKS ON CAPE COD". The wording "CANDY CO." is in a stylized red font curved above a pile of candy, with the wording "The Sweetest Folks on Cape Cod" in black font in a single line below the candy, all of the foregoing wording and candy appear on a white half circle resembling a sign. The white half circle sign fills the upper half of the circular design, hanging from a red and white post that resembles a candy cane. The candy, previously noted on the sign, consists of a white meringue behind seven candies. Six of the seven candies consists of a single color, going from left to right the colors are yellow, pink, red, blue, black, and red and the seventh candy is red and white. Below the white sign is a white building with a red roof and red awnings over black windows. An illegible sign appears on the second red awning in the left portion of the building. The entrance of the building features three black doors, with a white and black flag pole to the left of the doors and a second white and black flag pole to the right. Each of the flag poles feature a blue and red flag at the top of the pole. Green treetops appear behind the white building, with a blue and white sky behind the tree line. Green bushes appear sparsely around the building. A white parking lot features four cars and six people. A white car appears to the left of the entrance of the building. At the rear of the white car, is a man with brown hair, a pink face, a white shirt, and blue pants carrying a blue balloon. To the right of the man is another figure with a blue shirt, a pink head and two black circular shapes around him. To the right of that figure is a blue car with black wheels and windows. At the bottom of the circular design, at the left most point, is a white car with blue and black windows next to a child with yellow hair and wearing a red shirt. Adjacent to the child are two adults with brown hair; the adult to the left has a white shirt and blue bottoms, the adult on the right has a red shirt and blue pants. At the right most point of the bottom of the drawing is a white car with blue windows and a black rear tire. A person in a yellow shirt with brown hair is near the white car's rear wheel. The color black is used throughout the drawing as outlining and shading. The color white is used in windows and on the candy to portray the reflection of light. |
