Description of Mark | The mark consists of The dark blue water wave begins at the bottom right of the logo and moves upward and leftward until it begins to flip over downward and rightward into a ribbon effect. As the flipping over ribbon effect begins, directly above a black section just above the top of the letter "U" within the horizontally placed word "Buoyant", the light blue portion of the water wave continues upward until it begins to move rightward and fall over downward as a cresting and falling water wave. The dark blue inside section of the water wave also continues upward until it begins to move rightward and then blends into the light blue portion of the water wave that is falling over rightward and downward. The light blue portion of the falling portion of the water wave is outlined with dark blue. The dark blue inside portion of the water wave that begins at the bottom right of the logo has 2 white and light blue capping water sections as it moves upward and leftward until the word "Buoyant" appears in a horizontal placement across the logo. The word "Buoyant" is printed in a white stylish font. Just above the horizontally placed "Buoyant" word, there is light blue and lighter blue water section splashing downward and away from the bottom front section of a surfboard while also falling over the front of the letters "Y" and "A" of the horizontally placed word "Buoyant". The surfboard has black wide stripes on the left and right sides of the top of the surfboard with two white smaller stripes and a smaller black stripe in between the 2 white smaller stripes in the middle of the top of the surfboard. The right edge of the surfboard is light blue with a black outline running the full length of the surfboard. There is a tan male surfer who is standing on top of the surfboard while in the motions of surfing. The surfer's body is depicted as physically fit and defined by black marks and lines on his arms, wrists, hands, legs, knees, ankles, chest, stomach, and ribs or sides. The surfer is wearing only black shorts. The surfer has a black surfboard leash strap wrapped around his left ankle. The surfer's brown hair is long and swaying toward and over the surfer's right shoulder, arm, and chest. The surfer is riding on a surfboard that is moving across the dark blue inside portion of the water wave that is above the horizontally placed word "Buoyant" and where the water wave begins the flipping over ribbon effect directly above a black section just above the top of the letter "U" within the horizontally placed word "Buoyant". The surfer's back is facing the inside dark blue portion of the water wave where it is moving upward and beginning to flip over toward the top outer light blue portion of the water wave. The surfer's arms are extended away from his sides and in an upward motion, but still below shoulder length with his hands open and his fingers extended. The surfer is bent forward some with both knees bent some too while he is in a semi sitting motion with his left leg back and his right leg forward. The surfer is in the motion of navigating the wave while in the act of cutting back and rightward toward the face of the inside dark blue portion of the water wave. The surfer's position and motion allows for him to appear as if he is in the act of continuing to ride the movement of the actively cresting and falling over water wave tube. The surfboard the surfer is surfing on is extending outward from the inside dark blue portion of the water wave where it begins the flipping over ribbon effect directly above a black section just above the top of the letter "U" within the horizontally placed word "Buoyant". Behind and under the back portion of the surfboard, there is an active light blue, lighter blue, and white wake of water that gives the effect of a surfer's riding line. A surfers riding line is created when the fins on the bottom of a surfboard cuts through a water wave and leaves a trail of water wake as the surfer navigates and rides the water wave. |
