Underneath that are the letters B,R,W,S which is the main and largest part of the image. The letters B,R,W,S are all written in caps and bodoni font. There is an open eye, eyelashes and eyebrow in between the letters R and W. The eye is taking the place of where the "o" in brows would normally go.
