| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a tan colored young boy who has brown eyes, black pupils, white sclera, black eyelashes, black eyebrows, short black hair, and dark tan smiling lips and white teeth drawn from the shoulders up and who is wearing a green crew neck t-shirt and green wide brim hat (the hat has one white and light charcoal shell, one white and green shell and two white, light charcoal and blue seashells connected to a tan stick which is struck through the crown) superimposed on aquamarine and dark blue water and encircled by a thick band which is two thirds light blue at the top and sides and a third navy blue at the bottom of the circle. At the bottom of the thick band which is navy blue and within the band are the words "BLUE OCEAN BOB" written in light blue. A winged magenta bird with pink chest, blue eyes, black pupils, white sclera, black lashes and black brows, red lips, white teeth, orange nose and mauve wings flies just above and between the words "OCEAN" and "BOB" at the boy's left shoulder. There is a light charcoal colored shadow at the bird's tail and which extends slightly out of the thick banded circle. |
